Your order will be delivered between Monday – Friday and is trackable. To help ensure it reaches you safely, a signature is required upon delivery.
We’ll email you with your tracking details once your package has been sent. If your package is being delivered outside the EU, then import duties or local customs may be charged. This is not included in the product price, so is the responsibility of the purchaser.
All delivery times are estimated and while we’ll do our best to deliver as scheduled, we are not responsible for external circumstances that may cause a delay.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If the scarf was not exactly what you wanted then you can return it for a refund within 28 days of receiving your order.
We can only accept returns if the scarf is in a re-sellable and unused condition when we receive it. If the item you received was faulty, please note this when returning the product and we’ll send you a new scarf.
Returns from the UK are free and your return postage will be refunded. Please make sure you get proof of postage from the Post Office and that the package is trackable. Once the package has been sent, please send a photo or scan of the receipt to Holly@CheckMeOutDesign.com, noting your order number. We’ll then refund this postage when we receive the scarf.
If sending a return from the EU, USA or rest of the world, please make sure you have proof of postage and that the package is traceable, as we’ll only refund an order that we receive. As soon as we have your return, we will let you know. Please note, your return postage will not be refunded.
We aim to process all returns within 2 working days of reaching us and will email to confirm when this is done. Refunds can take up to 2 working days to clear and we’ll tell you when we have processed your refund.
